Terms of Use

DheeVoy Ltd ("DheeVoy", "we", "us" or "our") is a company registered in England & Wales with company number 17296880, with its registered office at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. DheeVoy provides travel-planning, travel-information, discovery and related digital functionality through its website and apps (the "Service").

The Service is intended for adults and is not intended for children. By using the Service you confirm that you are an adult and that any information you provide is accurate.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or access credentials. DheeVoy supports Google sign-in and email-based login. DheeVoy does not currently collect or store a user-created account password. Notify us at support@dheevoy.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

DheeVoy assists users with planning and travel information. Information may include: - itinerary suggestions - visa or entry guidance - safety information - weather - destination information - Nearby results - other travel-planning information

Travel information can change. You should verify important or current requirements with authoritative sources before making travel decisions. DheeVoy is not a government authority, an embassy or consulate, an immigration adviser, an airline, a hotel, an insurer, or an online travel agency or booking provider for third-party transactions. DheeVoy does not guarantee visa approval, entry, safety, availability, prices or travel outcomes.

Visa and entry information is informational guidance. Passport country and destination information may be used to provide relevant guidance. You remain responsible for checking current official requirements with the relevant government, embassy or authoritative source. DheeVoy does not make visa or immigration decisions.

Safety, weather and location-based information is informational and may change. Nearby requires your permission for location access where applicable. You remain responsible for your personal safety and travel decisions. DheeVoy is not an emergency service.

DheeVoy may provide links to third-party travel and service providers. If you follow those links and make a booking or purchase, the contract is between you and the relevant third party. Their terms, prices, availability, cancellation and refund rules and privacy practices apply. DheeVoy does not currently process payment for those transactions. DheeVoy may receive affiliate or referral commission from qualifying transactions without necessarily increasing the price paid by you. Affiliate links do not always produce commission.

DheeVoy does not currently offer a paid traveller subscription. There are no subscription fees, automatic renewals, Premium cancellations or subscription refunds.

You may submit information as part of planning, saving, sharing or exporting trips. DheeVoy may store and process that information as necessary to provide the functionality you request. You should not submit unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use. DheeVoy does not claim ownership of your personal trip content.

You agree not to: - use the Service for any unlawful purpose - abuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the Service - interfere with security or service operation - use automated scraping where prohibited - introduce malicious code - use the Service fraudulently

DheeVoy branding, software, design and original content are protected by UK and international intellectual property law. Third-party content and brands remain owned by their respective owners. DheeVoy does not claim ownership of third-party travel data or content you own.

DheeVoy may update, change, suspend or discontinue features as the Service evolves. DheeVoy does not promise uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. DheeVoy does not attempt to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Where liability is permitted to be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not remove any statutory consumer rights you may have.

DheeVoy handles personal information as described in the Privacy Notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. This does not remove consumer protections available to you in your home jurisdiction where those protections cannot be waived.
