Account information - Your name - Your email address

When you create an account or sign in, DheeVoy supports Google sign-in and email-based login. DheeVoy does not currently collect or store a user-created account password.

Trip and planning information When you plan a trip, DheeVoy may store information you provide or use, including: - destination - travel dates - travel preferences - trip-planning selections - generated or planned itinerary content - other information populated as part of the Plan a Trip experience

When you choose to save, share or export a trip, DheeVoy may retain a copy of the relevant trip information so that the requested functionality can operate.

Passport / nationality information DheeVoy may ask you to select your passport country (country of passport) so we can provide relevant travel or entry guidance. DheeVoy does not currently request or store passport numbers, passport scans, identity-document numbers or copies of passport documents.

Location information Some location-aware features, such as Nearby, may request access to your current or precise device location. Location access is used only after you grant permission through your device or browser, and is used to provide location-relevant results such as nearby places. DheeVoy does not continuously monitor your location, does not detect airport presence or gate changes, and does not continuously track your journey. Location history is not retained unless it is required for a feature you are using.

Technical and usage information DheeVoy uses website and app analytics and measurement technologies. Current services include: - Google Analytics 4 - Google Search Console - Meta Pixel

Google Search Console is a property measurement tool and does not collect account or trip data from DheeVoy users.

Contact information If you submit the DheeVoy contact or support form, DheeVoy may process: - your name - your email address - the contents of your message - any other information you voluntarily supply

Enquiries are sent by email. DheeVoy does not currently use a dedicated ticketing provider.

DheeVoy may use the information it collects for the following purposes: - creating and maintaining your DheeVoy account - authenticating you and providing access to the service - providing trip-planning functionality - saving and retrieving your trips - enabling sharing or export functionality you request - providing relevant visa or entry guidance based on your passport country and destination - providing Nearby and other location-aware functionality where you have granted permission - operating, securing, troubleshooting and improving DheeVoy - understanding website and app usage through permitted analytics - measuring marketing effectiveness where you have consented to the relevant technologies - responding to support and contact enquiries - complying with applicable legal obligations

The lawful basis for processing your personal information depends on the processing activity. - Contract / steps at your request: where processing is necessary to provide the account and trip-planning functionality you have requested. - Consent: where you actively permit current device location access, and for non-essential cookies or similar technologies where consent is required. - Legitimate interests: for proportionate activities such as service security, troubleshooting and improving the service, subject to your rights and our assessment of those interests. - Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

No single lawful basis covers every processing activity.

DheeVoy uses a cookie-consent mechanism that allows you to choose: - Accept All - Essential Only

Essential technologies may operate where required for core service functionality or security. Non-essential analytics, advertising and measurement technologies operate according to your consent choice. Current technologies include Google Analytics and Meta Pixel where applicable. You can change or revisit your cookie preferences where the existing implementation provides that capability. Analytics and advertising cookies are not essential.

DheeVoy contains links to third-party travel and service providers. When you follow these links, you leave DheeVoy or interact with the third-party provider. Any booking or purchase is made with the relevant third party and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. DheeVoy does not currently process your payment for those third-party transactions. DheeVoy may receive an affiliate or referral commission if a qualifying transaction occurs through certain links. Commission is not earned simply because a link is followed.

DheeVoy does not currently charge users, process traveller payments, offer a Premium subscription, operate paid subscription renewals, or process Premium cancellations or refunds. This notice does not describe payment-card processing because DheeVoy does not currently process such payments.

DheeVoy is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and do not intentionally solicit children's personal data. If you believe a child's information has been provided to us without consent, contact privacy@dheevoy.com and we will take steps to remove it where appropriate.

DheeVoy may use service providers necessary to operate its service, such as: - hosting and infrastructure providers - authentication providers (including Google where Google sign-in is used) - analytics providers (including Google Analytics) - measurement and advertising technology providers (including Meta Pixel) - email and communications infrastructure - other technical service providers

DheeVoy does not sell personal data. DheeVoy does not share passport numbers, payment-card data or other information it does not collect. DheeVoy service providers are distinct from external affiliate travel providers that you choose to visit.

Some technology and service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, DheeVoy relies on recognised transfer mechanisms or safeguards required by UK data-protection law.

DheeVoy retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected — to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, meet applicable legal or accounting requirements, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to: - access your personal information - have inaccurate information corrected - request deletion of your personal information - restrict processing - object to processing - receive a portable copy of your information - withdraw consent where processing relies on consent

These rights depend on your circumstances and the lawful basis for processing. To exercise any right, contact privacy@dheevoy.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

DheeVoy may update this Privacy Notice when its service or processing changes. The "Last updated" date shown below indicates when this version was published.
